Rajiv M. Joseph, MD

Dr. Joseph established this practice in
1997. He has a background of neuroscience research including
the discovery of a new gene named Neuronatin that is involved
in the formation of the human brain. He is the author of 150
publications including scientific journal articles, book chapters
and dissertations. He has received research grants from the
National Institutes of Health, Bethesda and the American Heart
Association-National Center, and was awarded the Harold G.
Wolff, MD Lecture Award.
Dr. Joseph is board certified and a Fellow of the American
Academy of Neurology, and a Diplomate of the American Board
of Sleep Medicine. He has a doctorate from the University
of London, England and completed a research fellowship at
Harvard University, Boston. Presently, he is a member of the
clinical faculty at UT-Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas,
and the Medical Director of both our accredited sleep centers.
